Comments :
During my 1st visit on the 10th April 2011 I couldn’t find the grave but when I went back on 8th August 2013 I found out why : there are 2 separate CWGC enclosures on this graveyard. See below pictures, the 2 red rectangles indicate these 2 enclosures.
Bradford’s grave can be found in the WW1 enclosure : section C 8 , when entering the graveyard turn immediately left and look for this sign & path. See below picture. The enclosure is surrounded by a low white wall and is anonymously located between the other graves (see picture). Only the enclosure of WW2 has the sword of remembrance.
The Bradford brothers :
George Nicholson was 1 of 4 brothers, all fought in WW1.
Remarkable is that one of these brothers is also a VC holder.
